Creates an external recipient which can be used as the payee within Payment Objects.There are two types of external recipients: INDIVIDUAL and COMPANY. Depending on the type, different fields are required. Both need either a VAT or a BRN number.For INDIVIDUAL, the following fields are required: first_name, last_name. For COMPANY, the following fields are required: company_name.
